Hey everybody!

I'm moving out of my room and we are looking for someone to take over from 1st of June with CPR.

The apartment is located right by Super Marco store in Frederiks Brygge, newly built area of Sydhavn. It is placed at 10 min biking from Vesterbro, 15 min from the city center and 5 mins from Sydhavn st.
Across the street, you have a Netto and Super Marco, an Italian supermarket. At 5 min walking is Telgholmen canal where it is very nice to chill, bathing, doing barbecues, or just enjoying the view. And yes, we have a bbq grill. We have also dishwasher and laundry in the apartment for common use.

The apartment is 123m2, at the 6th floor (with an elevator) with a large and bright living room / kitchen / dining room and a balcony.

The room is around 10 m2. The price is 5395 kr with heating and water included. On top of that, there is internet and electricity for around 100 kr a month. There is a regular deposit of three months and a one-month prepaid rent.

You will be living with a lovely spanish couple, Sergi and Elena. Sergi has a full-time job as a tester for a photography company. He might be the best cook of risotto and carbonara in town. Elena is graduating from CBS this semester and will be starting a full-time job in July and battles Sergi with her delicious paella. The other room is occupied by Isak, who is from Norway and a full-time software developer. He is the master of a home-made pizza.
