Hi!

I'm looking for a female flat mate starting from June 1st. 

The apartment is located on Else Alfelts Vej, close to Vestamager metro. It's a brand new apartment built in 2019 with 3 bedrooms, open living, kitchen and dining area, bathroom and a balcony. Everything is fresh and clean, it's bright and light. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. Joined areas are furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped.

There's a big rooftop terrace in the building with beautiful views to Amager Fælled and sunsets. 

I'm 40 yo, single and work somewhat normal office hours. I'm tidy but not a nazi about it, I believe practical things can be agreed on with good communication and reasonable expectations from both sides. I'm originally from Finland and have lived on and off in Copenhagen for 12 years. I speak Danish. The other woman living here is also Finnish, doesn't spend much time in the apartment and is in Finland at the moment. 

The room is about 10m2, and is not furnished. The window is facing in the courtyard. 

The big plus for you would be that the rent includes all costs - water, electricity, heating and fast wifi. It also covers the moving out costs like painting and floor grinding - that will be my headache, not yours. Naturally, if you make damage other than "normal wear and tear" you will stand for such expenses. Monthly rent is 6.800 dkk, deposit 13.600 dkk (2 months rent). Notice period 2 months for both parties. 

It's a new and developing area, mostly apartment blocks with some cafes and restaurants nearby. There's a cosy little wine bar and hairdresser in this building, 300m to Rema, 400m to the metro, and 1,5km to Fields. Amager Fælled for outdoor exercise just next to it.
